Refund & Ban-Protection Policy

This Refund & Ban-Protection Policy explains when refunds are available, how ban protection works, and how to make a claim. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Because we accept cryptocurrency only, payments are final and irreversible by design — any refund described here is issued at our discretion under the conditions below.
1. Cryptocurrency Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed and carry no chargeback mechanism. Any refund under this policy is processed manually by us as a separate transaction, not as a reversal of your original payment.
2. Boost Order Refunds
- ▸Before a booster is assigned and the boost has started, an order is fully refundable on request.
- ▸Once a boost has started, it is no longer refundable on request, as a booster has been committed to your order.
- ▸A boost completed as ordered is not refundable, as the service has been delivered.
- ▸If we are unable to complete an order, you receive a refund for the undelivered portion.
3. Account Sale Refunds
Game accounts are digital goods delivered electronically. Once login credentials have been delivered, an account sale is generally non-refundable. Exceptions are handled under the account warranty below — for example, if the account is inaccessible on delivery or is recovered by a previous owner within the warranty window.
4. Ban Protection — What It Covers
Eligible boost orders include ban protection. If the boosted account receives a competitive ban that is directly attributable to the boost itself, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement account that we select to closely match the value and skins of the affected account, subject to the conditions below.
5. Ban Protection — Conditions & Claims
- ▸You must report the suspension promptly and provide evidence of it — such as the official ban notification from the game publisher.
- ▸The ban must relate to activity carried out as part of your boost, not to your own conduct.
- ▸You must not have logged into or played on the account during an active solo boost.
- ▸Claims are reviewed individually; we may request additional information to verify the cause of the ban.
6. What Ban Protection Does Not Cover
- ▸Suspensions resulting from your own gameplay, behaviour, or chat conduct.
- ▸Bans caused by third-party software, scripts, or cheats on the account.
- ▸Actions taken on the account outside the scope of your order.
- ▸Pre-existing penalties or restrictions present before the order began.
7. Account Warranty
Accounts may include a warranty window stated at the point of sale. Within that window, we will replace or refund an account that is inaccessible on delivery or recovered by a previous owner, provided you have not changed the recovery details in a way that prevents verification. We recommend changing the email and password immediately on receipt.
8. How to Request a Refund or Claim
Submit refund and ban-protection requests through the support channel in your dashboard or on the platform, including your order reference and any required evidence. We aim to review requests promptly.
9. Form of Refund
Approved refunds are paid in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide. Because exchange rates fluctuate, refunds are calculated on the euro value of the affected portion of your order at the time the refund is processed.
10. Fraudulent Disputes
Initiating a fraudulent dispute or a false claim for a service that has been delivered is a breach of our Terms and may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of any guarantees.
